Online Exercises

In my role as a Therapy Assistant at RJAH, I was asked to put together some online exercise sessions to help staff feel better and support their wellbeing, whilst working from home and sat at a desk all day.

Anyone can do these sessions, the movements can be adapted to make them harder or easier depending on the individuals’ ability and surroundings.

Try one of these 30-minute sessions perhaps once a week and each week, you will progress slightly from the previous week.  A little exercise as part of our routine, in a busy day, can help us to feel healthier, happier and calmer.
