“I had a High Tibial Osteotomy procedure and following my recuperation from the operation was faced with numerous charts of exercises to do. Finding it really difficult to set my program of recuperation and making the time to do the exercises, I decided to ask Lisa if she could train me to recovery and fitness. With her skills she set up a twice weekly regime of exercises for me to do with her. Every month Lisa would carry out fitness tests for me to bench mark the improvements made. Each month brought me rapid gains in my strength and fitness. The training was focused on my legs but Lisa moved this on to all round fitness and strength exercises. From what started as a chore my twice weekly training sessions became highlights of the week and I loved the results that these brought.
